12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12.2. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
